4. Bookings, Payments & Cancellations

4.1 If the Portal offers bookings or paid services, such transactions are subject to the applicable pricing, payment terms, and cancellation policies presented at the time of booking or purchase.
4.2 Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors; EXP. does not store full payment card details.
4.3 Refunds, if any, will be provided in accordance with the stated cancellation policy.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 All content, designs, graphics, software, and other materials on the Portal are the property of EXP. or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
5.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Portal for personal or authorized business purposes only.
5.3 You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the Portal content without prior written consent from EXP.

6. User Content

6.1 You retain ownership of any content you upload or submit to the Portal but grant EXP. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use such content for the purpose of operating and improving the Portal.
6.2 You represent that your content does not infringe any third-party rights or violate any laws.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Interfere with or disrupt the Portal or its networks.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or the Portal’s systems.
• Use the Portal for fraudulent, unlawful, or harmful activities.
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Portal and all content and services provided through it are offered “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EXP. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or in connection with the use of the Portal.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EXP., its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Portal or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

EXP. may suspend or terminate your access to the Portal at any time, with or without cause, upon notice to you where feasible.
Upon termination, your right to use the Portal ceases immediately.

12. Privacy

Your use of the Portal is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and process personal data.

13. Governing Law
